A Continuation of Obedience 1
Must have completed the first class (or show you can do it) so we can build on those skills. The goal is to pass the AKC CGC test on the last day. All classes with 1 instructor are limited to 5 dogs.
- They will learn ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘wait’ for increasing periods of time.
- Recalls will be longer with some distractions.
- We will begin proper leash walking.
- We will teach some tricks of your choice from the Trick Dog test.
- They will gain confidence being approached by other people.
- We will help with any manners issues you have encountered.
- We will discuss proper socializing, grooming, nutrition, & preventive care.
