Prehab Program

The initial visit will include digital thermal imaging and a discussion of goals, the issue, and nutrition. We will devise a home exercise program for you and communicate with your primary care veterinarian as well as your surgeon. In the weeks prior to surgery (on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) there is exercise in the underwater treadmill (low impact on joints), with core strengthening and flexibility workouts. This is followed by relaxing stretching and cryotherapy or laser therapy as indicated. Prehab is at a discounted price of $52 dollars per session, 3 times a week for a month – 12 sessions, prepay discounted to $572. Modifications can be made.
